FAQs
Yes. Both 1 on 1 coaching and Structured Training require a minimum 16 week commitment. After the 16 weeks, you are more than welcome to continue with as many 16 week sessions as you wish.
Only for full 1 on 1 coaching clients. Structured Training does not include nutrition tracking or food logging.
You should be comfortable training independently in a gym environment. All programs are structured and easy to follow.
Full 1 on 1 Coaching clients will require:
a food scale,
measuring tape
body weight scale
A smart watch or step tracker
Both Full 1 on 1 Coaching and Structured Training Clients will be required to have:
Either a) a commercial gym membership
OR
b) a well equipped home gym. I strongly recommend you at least have the following:
Barbell with plates & squat rack or a smith machine
Dumbbells - either adjustable or multiple different weights to help you progress.
A pull up bar and/OR a cable pulley machine/functional trainer type system with attachments
An adjustable bench
Resistance bands
At least 1 piece of cardio equipment (Elliptical, treadmill, rower, exercise bike)
Other exercise equipment you may have access to can also be worked into a program.
If you have any medical conditions or injuries, you should get clearance from a qualified healthcare professional before starting.
Programs can be adjusted based on general limitations, but this is not medical or rehabilitation-based coaching.
