FAQs
Yes. There is a 16 week commitment. After the 16 weeks, you are more than welcome to continue with as many 16 week sessions as you wish.
You'll need a food scale, measuring tape and a bodyweight scale
A smart watch or step tracker.
If you work out at a commercial gym, that should be more than enough equipment.
If you workout at home, I strongly recommend you at least have the following:
Barbell with plates & squat rack or a smith machine
Dumbbells - either adjustable or multiple different weights to help you progress.
A pull up bar and/OR a cable pulley machine/functional trainer type system with attachments
An adjustable bench
Resistance bands
At least 1 piece of cardio equipment (Elliptical, treadmill, rower, exercise bike)
Other exercise equipment you may have access to can also be worked into a program.
Once I receive and review your application, I will communicate with you within 24 hours via email to set up a Google Meet call for us. This is where we can discuss your goals in more detail and see if we are a good fit for each other.
